DDB Canada named agency of record for Tourism Kelowna
VANCOUVER—Tourism Kelowna has awarded DDB Canada a five-year agency-of-record contract. It won the contract following a thorough and competitive RFP process that took place this fall. The agency starts work immediately on initiatives to help increase tourism in Kelowna and the Central Okanagan region.
“Kelowna has matured tremendously in recent years,” said Richard Sandor, senior vice president managing director at DDB Canada Vancouver in a company press release. “Naturally we’re excited to partner with Tourism Kelowna — it’s a dream assignment. The agency’s experience in tourism marketing is well suited to this assignment.”
DDB Canada will work with OMD Vancouver, Tourism Kelowna’s new media agency of record which also signed a five-year contract. Contact: Tourismkelowna.com, DDBCanada.com, Omd.com
