MONTREAL—Mookai recently designed an oversized brochure for one of Canada's leading promotional products suppliers, Spector & Co. with the intention of doing something out of the ordinary to stand out from the average product catalogue, says designer and illustrator Stefanie Sosiak.



The company has been working with Spector & Co. for many years, she says, but this project was a bit more creative and outgoing than usual.



Illustrations were used in the spring-themed brochure to draw the viewer in and keep them there, says Sosiak. “All the illustrations were done with semi-permanent marker,” she says. “They were brought into Photoshop and colourized.
